Our combined Emergency Medicine professional experience is of over 60 years. This allows us to provide you with a stress-free, highly informative educational experience. We are people who are aware and know how critical it is to have quick access to an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) when a massive heart attack or sudden cardiac arrest strikes.

We do not sell refurbished, used, or liquidated units. We offer the most popular and best performing AEDs on the market today with the latest in state of the art technology. Our units are brand new and are factory sealed. We drop ship our AEDs as they come from the manufacturer.

| Return Policy: |
If you're not satisfied with your AED purchase, you can simply ask for a refund or exchange, period. We believe in complete customer satisfaction. Duval Emergency Consultants Corp offers a "30 day money back guarantee" on all AED purchases less shipping and handling incurred. All returned AEDs must be in their respective original factory cartons, including all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, unfilled warranty cards, and all accessories. The price of the opened electrode pads, opened batteries, manikins—opened or used in any demos—or software used to upgrade older models, or any components or accessories in non-salable condition will be deducted from your refund. Please do not tape or write anything on any item or the original manufacturer’s carton. It will not be accepted.
All goods must be in new condition, sealed, and in its original shipping boxes, or a restocking fee of 15% of the value will be assessed. You must obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) for any returns. Call our customer service department at 1-518-963-4811 for RMA instructions. Please note that Return Authorization does not guarantee acceptance of the returned merchandise. All returns are subject to inspection, because AEDs are medical devices. We Highly recommend that you ship returns fully insured. Duval Emergency Consultants Corporation will not be responsible for lost or damaged AEDs, accessories or components.

Free UPS shipping on all AEDs and/or accessories above $ 99.00. All ordered items when in stock are shipped same day (orders in by 2:00pm eastern time) or within 24hrs excluding weekends and national holidays. In most cases, we ship via UPS ground the continental USA. Note: UPS does not ship to a P.O. Box, a physical address is required. Normal delivery time is 2 to 4 business days. UPS Next Day and 2 Day Air is available at an additional charge; please call to place your order by phone if you require these services. Our number is 1-518-963-4811.

Sales Tax:

Orders shipping to addresses in New York State are charged appropriate sales tax. Please send us your Exempt Organization Certification form. All other domestic orders are not charged sales tax.
